zagg.com has been irritating. This is by far one of the worst online store that I have came across. I've placed an order for their most hot selling product -- invisible shield protector for iphone. And that's 24 March 2009.
They claimed shipment took about 7 to 10 working days. So i waited. 12 days passed yet no news. Submitted a complaint, took 4 days to reply. Confirmed a re-shipment, till today still nothing. It has been 23 days since I placed the order.
Don't tell me the invisible shield protector........ is really invisible?Oh god.
